This just in:
Parque Roca is out. Apparently one of the requirements is that the stadium be roofed. (Is this correct? Does the ITF demand a roofed place for the Final?).
This from the company that holds the DC rights in Arg.

Apparently Mar del Plata and Cordoba are the two remaining places and it would be decided on Monday, with Cordoba holding a slight edge.
