Has any tournament ever been played on a hardwood gymnasium floor? I think it'd be kinda awesome.

When the Slams were still (sh)amateur-only events, the pro barnstorming tour sometimes played on wood floors in gyms, etc. It was apparently lightning-quick. Bounces were more regular than grass, but apparently the ball skidded and stayed very low.
