I was shocked that Davydenko had the second best % among active males.

See where Jelena % in finals is just as dismal as Svetlana.

Sorta makes Smashnova's career finals record all the more glowing. 12-1. No player on this list, male or female, is even close.

Shows you that statistics are only one perspective on a topic. I doubt any player would trade Jelena's career for AnnaC's at this point, much less Smashnova's. Nor do I think any of them would trade Kuznetsova's for Davydenko's.
