I said earlier that we should wait and not rush to judgement BUT I think at this point, if you're ET, and you look at your newsfeed and this crawls across your screen Davy is in deep sticky smelly brown stuff and as has been said, he won't be in New York.

Maybe Davy should sue his shoe company while he recovers from his injury just to keep it real.
