Bammer over Jankovic. That would SHOCK me... There's nothing special about Bammer's game. She beat marion with two sets of consistency, with a set of horrendous inconsistency between them.

But Schnyder over Dementieva would be a big upset, just not as big, I think.

I was actually thinking the opposite. Dementieva and Schnyder have a close H2H, but Dementieva has won their last few matches easily, and is playing much better this year overall.

Jankovic-Bammer met here in the 4R last year and went three sets then - when Jelena was playing better tennis than she's playing now. And Bammer seems to have found her form on the hardcourts this summer. Just given Jankovic's state of mind, I think this could be closer than most are predicting.
