A lot more difficult, yes. I don't know what was wrong with her ovary. But since the uterus houses the embryo, I don't know if only having one ovary is risky issue for pregnancy.

I just hope she'll be okay.

If she's happy, then that's all that matters

The boyfriend's age isn't an issue for me either.
