They are beyond awkward. Serena in particular seems to hate them.

Sometimes I think, for whatever reason, Serena likes to pretend she's not paying attention to results, even her own. In Paris, I watched a vid where she was interviewed by Rennae Stubbs. She said she didn't know how many times she'd lost so far this year (at the time it was 2).
