If I were a player I would refuse to do them.

I'm surprised more players don't refuse; I guess it's a problem in that they have to walk by the interviewer to get to the court. I'd love to hear a "Get out of my face & let me go play my match" response.

The worst question in sports interviews (IMHO) "What do you have to do to win tonight?"

Answer: Win more games (since we all know in tennis, winning more points doesn't necessarily win you the match).
