Good question, Moose. I've never seen a match interview where a moderator mandated that the discussion must be related to tennis.... Some post-match pressers have virtually nothing to do with tennis.

Very odd.

I've seen interviews where the Moderator jumps in to allow for questions in another language, or to move the questioning along, or to say one more question....but I've not read one in I cannot tell you how long where the moderator is saying something in between almost every question like this.

I'm sure it was done to protect her. And that both scares, and disheartens me.
