I said Shanahan, because his owner has no patience and after the trade up to get their QB, there will be no time to let him grow in to the job.

Norv Turner should have been fired at least twice by now. He won't do any better this year, but he obviously has pictures of someone with goats or something and will keep his job for a few years.
