Can Green Bay drop Hargrove now? Seems like a waste having him out there for 8 games when he won't be up to speed.

If it's the first 8 games during 4 of which Neal will also be suspended, they may not want to keep him. But I recall his contract was structured so that the Packers got him extra cheap if he did get suspended. So he may be cheap insurance for later in the year.
