that is what I thought too but was taking the under. The Packer helmet I have on my desk here is a solid yellow but I know the next year they all had the sparkle paint job.

I wasn't sure about a few of them including the Packers and the Steelers. Maybe the Browns.

Dolphins helmet has them, even in white.
