Everyone knew how Elway felt. I think he handled it pretty well.

Only way that Elway gets a pass on this is if he lets Tebow choose where he goes. The way he's treated his QB this entire time is completely two faced. But, Tebow was becoming more popular in Denver than Elway was... so time to ax him.
