Colts have cleaned house. Rumors were there were a bunch of personalty conflicts between Chris Polian and Irsay's daughter and son in law. And Bill wasnt going to fire his kid so they both had to go.

This makes me fear for the Packers front office a bit, really.

There are several people there that I think will make good GM's in that front office...They've been able to keep most of them in house, but this might be the year a few bolt. I hope Thompson has made his succession plan clear.
