Owens has a "contender only" tag on him. So Cards are out. Look at Raiders or Patriots, or maybe even a return to San Fran.

I was pretty sure Owens said he wanted to play for a contender but he would play for anyone. How about Buffalo? Aren't they having WR problems? I know they put C.J. Spiller at WR the other day.
