So you think a player hitting a guy's arm backwards can make the ball go forward? I'm missing how that's physically possible. The ball coming forward there, given the way he was hit, is conclusive that his arm was going forward at the time of contact.
Hold your left hand up in the air, hit it in the forearm with your right hand, what happens to your wrist when you do that?
