I suppose they see harm in having a period with no certain rules which will let the owners do what owners inevitably do.

Which is to overpay marginal free agents and then blame the players for being greedy.

This ruling by the 8th Court of Appeals concerns ONLY the ability of the court to enjoin the lockout.

There was no opinion expressed regarding decertification of the Union.

That said, when the 8th Circuit makes its decision, THEN we will see just how close, or FAR, we will be from watching the Packers defend their title.
