With some research it appears gouging ticket prices in Texas is perfectly legal as long as tickets aren't sold within 100 yards of the venue.

I was so wrong....I thought Ticketmaster only added some minimal fees but I am obviously way off base.

Sell away. I'm saving my cash and watching from my leather couch.
