Elite wide receiver Andre Johnson says he is no longer "pressing" to renegotiate his lucrative contract, according to HoustonTexans.com.

After he took a lot of heat for sitting out three days of OTAs just three years into his eight-year contract earlier this month, he has sharply reversed course, hiring an agent (he had been represented by his uncle) and toning down his quest for a new deal. He could be rewarded for doing so later this summer. Stay tuned.
