How?

Ray's a run stopper and pass defender. He's a read and react guy. He moves to where the ball is. He makes open field tackles in one on one situations where others might not. I don't think Lewis has that upfield burst like LT had. You'd be wasting Lewis' skill set if you were using him strictly as a pass rusher.
