For those who have set this up/run one before, a couple more questions...

* Do you assign numbers to the squares right away, or draw them once the squares are filled?
* How much do you end up charging per square? Or, if you play, what do you end up paying per square?

you assign the team and the numbers on the sides after the blocks are full.

I usually do a dollar a square.
