The Cleveland Plain Dealer is reporting that the league has fined Browns' quarterback Brady Quinn for his low hit on Ravens' linebacker Terrell Suggs Monday night. Quinn would not reveal the amount of the fine, but he indicated it was "significant".

Several Ravens' players have been vocal about their displeasure over the Quinn hit, and many in the league viewed it as a dirty shot. Just another blemish on the already spotty NFL resume of the former Notre Dame star, although this is one of the first that doesn't have to do with his poor play.
