mark gaughan may be the worst reporter ever. this was announced last year.

I'm guessing with the excitement of getting TO, Mark decided to circle the date of the pro bowl (something he hasn't done in a while) and suddenly realized the date is before the Superbowl.

Way to keep up with the times Mark, and TO might not even make it to the Pro Bowl.
