If the NFL was really against gambling, would they encourage players to be in fantasy leagues. It is really a conflict of interest to have an opposing player on your fantasy team.

How hard will a CB try if the WR he is covering is in his fantasy teams?

"If X player scores a TD, I win this week" must go through many players heads.

And you know these guys will be in big money leagues.

The NFL and Goodell are just a bunch of hot air blowing gasbags making money hand over fist and selling us all on a bill of goods.
If the NFL and Goodell were against sports gambling, they wouldn't allow casinos to broadcast games live in the sports book areas.
