You have to be able to catch the ball to be a KR/PR as well. With a guy as physically talented as Hester, you get the ball in his hands every chance possible. If that means making him catch 1,000 passes per day in the offseason to try and improve his hands, that's what you have to do.

catching a punt or a kick isn't nearly the same as catching a bullet from a qb. awful comparison.
