It is hard to question leadership when everyone has his own style. I think Eli is a silent leader and does things differently under his Fathers and Brothers shadow. He has made his nitch and showed his leadership late in the fourth quarter. Tiki had no right to bad mouth anyone after retirement. Vanderjagt is still an idiot kicker.....or is he?
