that issue is on the front burner. we'll see who else(comcast, charter) moves in first.
Neither.

Charter is on the verge of bankruptcy and has outsourced their customer service to India.

Comcast isn't looking to wedge in on Time Warner, or vice versa.

Rather, both are looking to improve upon their current areas. I'm not sure why you feel either would be better, as both have historically charged more than TW.
