you know, a while back maybe two years ago i got a forward picture in my email of vick in a limo with a joint in his hand...

though that seems strange, why would the feds want a drug sample?

I'm sure random testing is one of the conditions of his release. Not unusual to have that as one of the conditions for crimes that have nothing to do with drug/alcohol use.
