No the NFL sky isn't falling. But this has been a bad offseason for the NFL. Lots of suspension for players acting like dumbshits, Tiki, susposedly one of the more respectable people in the NFL, trashed his coaches and ex-teammates as soon as he is retired, and now Patriot-gate. If this keeps up, I can definately see the casual fan walk away, and we all know what happens when revenue starts going down. I hope that doesn't happen though.
athletes have always been getting in trouble, I think the casual fan appreciates what a good job goodell is doing with the league and his punishments thus far, especially with pacman and vick. at least no one is getting busted with coke and whores(irvin) or just whores(robinson). besides, vicks dumbass its been awhile since a player or former player has done anything that would make someone(a fan) walk away(rae carruth, nate newton, leonard little, etc).

The NFL isnt in jeopardy of losing any fans.
