The indictment says that at least one of those was found on the property. It doesn't look good for Vick. They also charged him with conspiracy, which means he can be guilty of an act even if he wasn't there. Starting with the fact that he bought the property and paid for the improvements (including sheds, a fence to conceal the activity and a house for the people running the ring to live in), it will be tough to argue that he didn't at least conspire to do the acts -- which means he can be guilty of the acts even if he wasn't there. But the indictment also says he was present during many of the acts.
