6 years sounds like max

which i hope he gets.

i could care less who it is, this is despicable.

part of dog training they'll round up stray labs or other dogs and throw em in the pit and have the pit's tear em apart so the pits start to enjoy fighting...

If six years is the max, there's very little chance he gets that in my opinion. He's a first-time offender, plus, my guess is that he pleas down anyway.
