Given the recent Duke Lacrosse crap that went on, you have to assume the feds were VERY deliberate before indicting him.

That was a state indictment. The feds are ALWAYS deliberate -- there is a reason they have a 95% (according to Len Pasquerelli) success rate. They don't bring things up for indictment and prosecution unless they are almost positive they are going to win.
