That was a state indictment. The feds are ALWAYS deliberate -- there is a reason they have a 95% (according to Len Pasquerelli) success rate. They don't bring things up for indictment and prosecution unless they are almost positive they are going to win.

Vick probably needs the Chewbacca defense to get out of this one.
