That was a state indictment. The feds are ALWAYS deliberate -- there is a reason they have a 95% (according to Len Pasquerelli) success rate. They don't bring things up for indictment and prosecution unless they are almost positive they are going to win.

Okay, gotcha.

I knew it was a state indictment in the Duke thing, but thought it might have some influence into how things were handled.
