From Miami's point of view, not their problem. Cut him or trade him, they get the same cap hit.

The other team... they may end up with a cap hit, but I don't think it could be all that much.

Low risk trade... the best kind!
If he doesn't restructure that deal, wouldn't the team acquiring him need to honor the contract that he has right now?

And if that is the case, then they would be paying high dollar for his services...

I definitely may be mistaken, but that's what I had thought...
