You can hang out around a crackhouse, and not get arrested, but if you failed a drug test, and were going to see the commish to lighten up on the sentence, would it be a wise choice to be seen in or near one the night before?

I would say no.

absolutely, you cannot take situation and circumstance and completely parse it from action.
