I would add that this guy is not just under a suspension...he has to appeal to get back in...and to even be considered he has to have no encounters with the police between now and then. That doesn't mean he has to not get arrested...that means no tickets, no encounters what-so-ever.

Think about that. The kid has money and tons of time on his hands....and no sense....

Stick a fork in him. He's done.
