I think this jackass' signature move was when he was coaching the Bills. Doug Flutie lead the team to a very good season and the Bills had nothing to lose or gain in the last game of the year. So Phillips puts in Rob Johnson for this meaningless game. Johnson has a good game, so what does Phillips do? Logically, he benches Flutie (the QB that got him there) for Rob Johnson. The Bills lose that game in the Music City Miracle (or "legal" forward lateral, if you will).
