Damn. I was watching ESPN and they played the interview they had with Tatum Bell, poor guy was crying and all.

It hits harder when you see guys like Bell crying.

They were college teammates, if I'm not mistaken - both went to Oklahoma State, right?

This is just ... senseless and awful. Horrifying for his family, friends and teammates.

He was one of my favorite young DBs in the league, as far as football goes, and clearly a budding star. As far as humanity goes, it sounds like he was a hell of a guy and a teammate, which makes it even more surprising and terrible.

Senseless, that's all I can say.
