I wonder if people in New Orleans have really been waiting for this? Most of the ones effected by the storm can't afford the tickets to go to the game and probably haven't moved back into the city.

Wonder no longer.

80% of the city was "affected" by the storm. I doubt only 20% of the people of New Orleans are the ones that have sold out the SuperDome for the entire season.
