Then I think its on U2 to give up the stage to the local musicians. And fucking Green Day? You would think U2 would want to let a local act whether it be jazz, zydeco or brass or the vast rock and blues bands have the stage. Dont they already have more exposure than they could ever need? Jeebuz give somebody else a chance to have the limelight....particularly on this night.

I would have liked to have seen the Meters, Radiators, REbirth Brass....anybody but not fucking Green2.

The whole monday night football thing was put on so middle class america can feel better about themselves. And thats why green day and U2 were on there instead of bringing in some local flavor.
