So in the end, I called this pretty close. My only mistake was calling Houston to beat Washington.

Current 0-3 teams (week 4 opponent in parenthesis):

Houston (Miami)
Tennessee (Dallas)
Detroit (@ St Louis)
Cleveland (@ Oakland)
Tampa Bay (BYE)

0-2 Teams that could still go 0-3:

Oakland (Cleveland)
Kansas City (SF)

My Prediction:

Look for all of these teams to remain winless except Cleveland and Kansas City. Cleveland, IMO, should have beat Baltimore. I expect them to rock Oakland. Kansas City shouldn't have too much trouble with SF.

In other news, there's two "battle of the unbeatens" in week 4 that look to be exciting matchups. Look for Chicago to beat up Seattle and San Diego to have their way with Baltimore.
