Favre: still has the TALENT to win games and be a good QB. Needs to and WILL make better decisions this year, plus he won't have to pass the ball as much as last year. Better WR's this year, too.

I'm not sure how you can assume those things. First, I see no reason to believe the WRs will be better this year. Second, has the defense improved so much that he's not going to be forced into making plays at the ends of games?

It's just like...everything is going to improve? I don't see it happening.
