Clarrett gets pulled over in his Escalade speeding then making an illegal U-turn... Comes to find out he mustve been on his way to war because he was caught with 4 illegal guns and a bullet proof vest on. Cops can't use there stun gun on him because of the vest once he subdued hes trying to kick out of it and run away...
