How on earth are they going to pay for those stadium modifications if they don't get a Super Bowl? I personally like the idea of it, I don't think attendance would be a problem - if you plan on going to a Super Bowl I think you already plan on being out a significant chunk of change so the extra to fly to Hawaii instead of Maimi or San Diego shouldn't be a big deal.
