Police stopped Reggie Williams last night for failing to stop at a stop sign and cited him for possession of marajuana.
Williams had a bag of marijuana and several joints in his car. He was cited on charges of possession of 20 grams or less of marijuana, running a red light and making a left turn from a center lane, and likely faces probation.
