Akers missed too much time. He shouldn't have gotten any votes.

Also falling into that category with Akers are DeAngelo Hall, Chris Samuels, Larry Allen, and Eddie Drummond.

The AP needs to figure out who voted for Drummond and have all his votes rescinded. Christ, the guy wasn't top 20 in either kick or punt return average this season. Way to do the research.
