........to actually sign T.O.?
Im not sure,but if I were an owner I wouldnt be willing to sign him,unless it was for 1 yr.And that contract would have to say that if he does anything detrimental to the team...etc that he would be fired with out pay for the games he didnt play..or its a no go.
