From what I heard, which could be wrong. If he doesn't show up by next week, he is the Eagles property for another year.

It's the same situation as Eddie Drummond. If he doesn't sign his tender offer his rights will remain with the Lions. So holding out doesn't mean jack. And the Liosn said they wont discuss a long term deal until he signs that tender.
