I think it may have been Family Guy when Peter was paying back the Welfare. Though it could have been the Simpsons when Marge and Homer start trying to put some adventure in the love life.

I don't think it was the Simpsons. The only time I remember Madden being on the Simpsons is the Super Bowl episode and he doesn't say that. You're probably right about Family Guy though.
